The company remained active until 2004 when Cathy retired and since then she has been on the board of several non-profit corporations including the Celtic Academy of Tucson, The Irish Heritage Foundation and the St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival. E.C. has written a book about her uncle, a fighter pilot in World War II. The book is called "Finding Frances...Love Letters from a Flight Lieutenant".
